All sales are final, as each item is handcrafted as orders are received.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Orders

The Krafty Pearl will contact you within 48 business hours of the receipt of your Custom Order request. Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be sent to the email provided. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt or your order will be cancelled. Processing time for your custom order will vary based on the item(s) ordered.
